Bridal
The exciting start to your bridal journey starts with us having an initial consultation, discussing your needs and wants for the day, the number of people from your bridal party wanting hair and make-up and all other important details such as location and timings for the day. If there is a large bridal party request, I have my trusted hair and make-up assistants on hand.
Trial
A trial is recommended 2 to 3 months before the wedding date and can either take place at my home studio in Beckenham (Bromley) or within your own home (subject to location). On the day, a trial can take between 2 to 3hrs to complete. I use premium make-up brands, some of my favourites include Charlotte Tilbury, MAC and Bobbi Brown. Before the trial I love to see any inspiration pictures of the hair and make-up styles that you like as this is a great what to get prepared and know your potential desired outcomes for the day. I will then be able to create a bespoke hair / make-up look that enhances your natural beauty and complements both the dress and the general feel of the wedding. This is also a great opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what the other ladies in the bridal party would like. Bridesmaids and mothers are very welcome to have a trial themselves, should they wish. After the trial I take lots of pictures are make a list of products used in preparation for the big day.
On the day
On the big day I will arrive to your chosen location, having already agreed a start time and schedule for the day. I will always ensure that there is plenty of time to get everyone’s hair and make-up done to the highest of standards, with the bride having the most time allocated to ensure every detail is perfectly recreated from the trial. A big part of a stylist’s role is to help create a calm and fun atmosphere on the morning of your wedding so that everything runs smoothly. I will take care of every detail so that your hair and make-up are one thing you will not have to worry about! Only once the veil is fixed and the last touch up is made, will my job be done.
Make-up Lessons
Perhaps you would like to learn how to use your own products more effectively or learn how to create flawless skin or a smokey eye look for a night out - Cat will be able to teach you the tricks of the trade through a one-on-one lesson. Each lesson is carefully planned to guide and get the look you desire so that you can feel your best. A face chart will be provided along with a written step by step guide of the process so that you can confidently do it on your own.
Events and Proms
You may be attending a special event, prom or big birthday celebration. Cat will make you feel and look amazing with a hair and make-up look unique to you for your special day.
